london service centre coming

the strida is designed to be a virtually maintenance-free bicycle. there is no gear-system to fail, no brake pads to replace, no chain to stretch, no gear teeth to wear out, no rims to retrue, no head-set to loosen, no wheel hub cones to wear-out, no derailleurs to bend / break, virtually no parts susceptible to rust, no paint to chip, etc.

but once in a while, your strida will need some attention. to that end, we are happy to announce that we are working on setting up a service center in london. full details will be released early 2007. a key component will be the supply of a 'loaner' strida, so that you may keep your commute on wheels while your strida is in the shop. another benefit will be the supply of free parts. if your bike is out of warranty, your only fiscal responsibility will be to cover labour costs.
